Jane’s research interests are focused on leadership as a foundation for understanding and improving health and safety-related outcomes in organizations. She is also interested in the impact of job demands/resources on employee health and safety. Her research is published in the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Work & Stress Journal, and Safety Science.
