All University web properties follow the Government of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and/or the Government of New Brunswick’s Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (RTIPPA). This includes but is not limited to maintaining and enforcing a privacy policy that covers all collections, uses, and disclosures of personal information made via the site.
