Application for Fall 2024

Please fill out the form once you know your fall schedule. If your schedule changes or you are no longer available for a time you have indicated, please contact Susan Wheaton at swheaton@mta.ca as soon as possible.

Before you begin to fill in this form, make sure you have your:

  • student ID number
  • course schedule

Have you previously been employed by Mount Allison University?

WHMIS
Do you have current WHMIS training?

First aid
Do you have current first aid training?
e.g. CHEM/BIOL or BIOC, CHEM/PSYC

Honours
Are you completing an honours degree?
List the course(s) of previous lab TA experience in a Chemistry or Biochemistry lab and which years, or state ‘no experience’

e.g. C1001(Fa21), BC2001(Wi21, M22)(M indicates marker only)
