Mail services

All Mount Allison students can receive letters and parcels at mail services located at the Bookstore.

The Bookstore, located at the Wallace McCain Student Centre (lower level), is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (closing at 4 p.m. during summer hours).

NEW! Conveniently ship your Amazon packages to the Amazon lockers located at the Wallace McCain Student Centre. Follow these steps to ship to Amazon locker – Celina: 

1. Go to your Amazon account settings and select “Your Addresses” 
2. Select “Add a new pickup location” and search Sackville, New Brunswick 
3. Find “Amazon Locker – Celina” in the list of options  
4. Confirm that you have building access to WMSC by checking the box 
5. Select “Add to address book” and choose Amazon locker – Celina as the delivery option at check out

Benefits of shipping to the Amazon lockers:  

• Pick up or return packages on weekends: Pick up or return packages during WMSC building hours.  
• No need for your Student ID: Students need their smartphone with the email from Amazon on how to access the lockers to pick up the order.
• No more line ups at the Bookstore: Amazon will send an email when the order is ready for pick up at the Amazon locker. 

Receiving and sending mail

All campus mail is received and processed through the Bookstore in the Wallace McCain Student Centre.

• When a package for a student arrives on our shipping dock, it is scanned and an automatic MtA email notification is sent to the addressee's MtA email address for pick-up
• Pick up at the Bookstore front counter using your MtA ID and a unique code found in your email

About mail services

Mail services, located in the Bookstore, is the central shipping and receiving point for all incoming and outgoing Canada Post mail, courier and freight deliveries for students, faculty and staff. 

Our campus is a pedestrian campus with very limited access to large trucks and vans to increase safety.

Just remember to clearly mark the package with the full name for quicker identification. It is that easy!

The Bookstore sends out a weekly reminder for any mail that has not been collected. This reminder is sent to your MtA email account.
